All digital products are non-refundable.

Because these items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final.

2. Online Courses

All online courses include immediate access to digital materials, videos, worksheets, and downloads. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.

3. In-Person Classes & Training Programs

All in-person classes are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 7 days before the class date.

Rescheduling is subject to availability. No-shows or cancellations within 7 days forfeit the booking.

4. Mentorship Programs

Due to the personalized, one-on-one nature of mentorship, no refunds are offered once payment is made or once your first session has been scheduled.

Payment plans must be completed in full. If you miss a payment, access to materials, calls, and group support may be paused until your account is current.

5. Failed or Missed Payments (Payment Plans)

If a payment fails or is declined:

Your access may be paused

A new payment date may be required

Repeated failed payments can result in removal from the program

No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.

6. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, contact us within 48 hours. We will review the order and may apply a store credit at our discretion.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

Removal from all programs

Termination of access to future education

Documentation provided to your payment provider disputing the claim
